Any information communicated to the staff of Merchhelp.ca will be strictly held as confidential and will not be distributed to third party companies. The information submitted to the Site will be used solely for order fulfillment or to respond to inquiries from the sender. The “MerchHelp” logo in any shape, color, variation and orientation and name “MerchHelp” are registered trademarks of MerchHelp.ca and MerchHelp. The display of the logo and name on any other website other than www.merchhelp.ca is strictly unauthorized unless approved in writing by a MerchHelp representative. Any downloading, copying or usage of trademarks is a violation of federal and common law and subject to legal action against those who mis-use it.


Most orders are fulfilled within 2-3 business days and generally arrive within 12 business days.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, please allow a maximum of 25 business days for your order to arrive. If more than 25 days have passed please email us to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Unless otherwise specified, custom orders are ineligible for refund or return after purchase. This is due to the design and customization process.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
In the case of a communicated refund/return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
When you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
